Landed a multi-year engagement for the global assessment of customer-facing roles at an international credit card company. Designed the custom assessment and reporting. Administered the assessment and provided additional reports and presentations of the data on an ongoing basis.
Result: Billings were for a multi-million dollar project over the course of several years.
Led the assessment of two multi-year culture transformation engagements to evaluate culture and leadership practices over time. Used a storyboard with CEOs and senior managers to document key events.
