Jennifer White is the president and founder of WhiteWave Consutling and has over 15 years experience helping organizations improve their operational and financial results through strategic level measurement.  Jennifer's key strength is research and measurement, especially her ability to take multiple sources of data and create meaning and action in a business context.  Jennifer has worked with many large organizations including Canon, Center for Creative Leadership, Deloitte, Ernst & Young, hp, J&J, JPMorgan Chase, KPMG, Pfizer, PwC, UPS, and Xerox.

Jennifer has a Ph.D. in organizational psychology from Alliant International University and a BA in psychology and business administration from UCLA.  She is on the board of the Institute for Behavioral and Applied Management, Partnership for Student Advancement, and the Wally Russell Foundation, a non-profit organization that recognizes innovative leaders. Jennifer recently made conference presentations on Transforming Culture through Leadership Beliefs and Practices.
